Meeting Minutes from October 29, 2020

Agenda – First Portion
1. Welcome and Goals of Board
a. Board Minutes / Website Mike Maslowski gave a demo of the new website Board members voted 4-0 to approve the website costs for $300 (one member not present)
2. CCUA Membership
a. Current Numbers were discussed
b. Incentive Membership Program was discussed. Approved $20 Introductory Fee (first year members only)
Board voted 4-0 to approve the new introductory fee (one member not present). c. discussed the possibility of holding a virtual clinic. Dates have to be determined if this proposal is approved. 3. Financial Report
Rob Hacker presented his report. CCUA has $3,000 in the bank

4. Arbiter Sports
Still awaiting the reimbursement approved from the IHSA

5. Constitution Proposals The CCUA Constitution will be addressed at the December Board Meeting and any potential changes will be brought to the General Membership for approval. Discussion was delayed until the December Board Meeting.

6. CCUA Schools/Assigning Discussed the abbreviated season that will run for 5 weeks beginning the first week in May 2021
